Been having a look at Doug Sanders and found this thread and wanted to give it a bump. Some gold in Sanders' book Compact Golf.

Love how Doug goes from slightly steep to flat entry and initiates with knee bend.

Get it into the DNA... takes time.. but well worth the blood, sweat and tears.

Thanks NFB for the bump I really enjoyed reading through and finding the MOD2 nuggets,, wonderful stuff by Two digging into
Sanders.. These thoughts, feels and moves could not be more timely for where I am right now. Thank you guys for your dedication!

If you look closely at Sanders above, he actually starts slotting BEFORE he fully completes his rotation of the shoulders and hips.

That's ok NRG...keep 'em coming, they look great and appreciated. Trevino really sets into the legs nicely in my opinion.

Don't recall if this was pointed out before, but have you considered NRG almost as a phoneme, or acronym, for 'Energy'.

Good energy over the pond I reckon.

Anyway, it's my CDO that is the source of the energy. (plus the dark nights)
