Lag and all,

Mare is a gem and piece of history that needs to be preserved.

I say we buy it. We can easily round up a group interested and run it appropriately. I say make it semi private sort of like pasa tiempo. Mare can be set up to play very difficult. We at track some college matches and that builds to its credibility.

I'm in. Anyone else?

I'm certainly interested. I already have a legal entity in CA for real estate investing (S-Corp) and like I mentioned, we can probably get control of the property pretty easily by assuming the tax lien.

We could rival Olympic Club with a US Open like experience.
