I'll be the guinea pig...

The feel in my body that I get while watching this says fade... and that is influenced by the right shoulder.

Thanks for the. gif and the quiz NRG. I'll go with Norcal b/c the shaft seems to be ripping up on top of his heel line. (If I get Stu 's comments from earlier, b/c I never made it to Mod 9 and only guessing).

I am on Mod 2.

But I always fade or slice. After another thread here I saw Hogan's club finish (Mod 3 I guess) in very different ways. When I finish in the way some of you guys said was a draw, I find the ball goes further and straighter. Sometimes totally straight.

But usually I feel like my arms are going like Hogan's in this gif and the ball goes right.

One more vote for fade. I too see the right shoulder coming through low and the club head seems to be staying low through the strike.

I would expect the right shoulder to come more across and his finish to be more erect for a draw shot.

This second pic looks like he's skimming off the top layer (draw) where the 1st is more down & through like a hot knife splitting butter

Mashie I agree. The second is a great illustration of hitting a draw without using a rollover release. The first is a knockdown. Maybe it faded a bit, but again it is a very short iron. It certainly didn't draw.
