I would expect the issue to be with the shaft rather than the depth of the head. Even if they are the same type of shaft they may be very different.

Yeah I guess it could be a shaft issue. I took a picture of the heads and the difference in size really isn't that extreme. I'll just play with it right now because it's not so high that it's unplayable and the ball goes just about how far I would expect it to, but it definitely is a lot higher than I like to see my ball flight.

Also K2 you might come across a shallow faced driver on the cheap to play off the deck instead of 2-wood. I've got a shallow faced Hogan driver that is just great. Most 6 screw drivers that I have hit launch lower given the same loft.

Thanks Mashie, I will look into either a two wood or shallow driver option. It's making me nervous because I wanted a good four wood, but that's going to be even harder to find than a three wood...

Just ask Mike.. I'd be surprised if he didn't have at least 47 of them on hand. Maybe some already ABS'd and highly recommend
