Re: Wood BrothersThanks CC, these woods are a real work of art and beautiful to handle. Will try to dig out the details of the chap I bought them from as he was quite an aficianado and therefore may well be able to help you find a couple.
Re: Wood BrothersThanks "A". I am looking forward to getting some good news! It would be amazing to get one of these for my Grandpa! I know he would be blown away!
Re: Wood BrothersCC
You might PM freddiec...He has a bunch of Wood Bros stuff...I doubt he wants to sell, but he might know where to find them... bent
Re: Wood BrothersHi Fred,
Bentshaft recommended that I reach out to you regarding trying to source some Wood Brothers drivers. I had mentioned to bentshaft that my grandpa had an extensive collection he had aquired over the years until a recent house fire took it all. He had a Wood Brothers Texan and All American as part of the set and I have been trying to recapture those clubs for him to no success. If you have any or know where I could get some of the famous Wood Brothers signature clubs (Texan, All American, All Japan, Australian, Spain or Masters) that would be amazing. I know he would be blown away! Thanks! CC
Re: Wood Brothers
HI CC, You might be best off using the PM function to make sure you get to Fred. Cheers, Arnie
Re: Wood BrothersBent and Graham, Thanks for PM me about CC's post.
I've been going back and forth with CC via PMs. My advise was to be patient and continue to look on ebay. Doesn't hurt to ask fellow forum guys either, sometimes they are willing to part with stuff. I have a nice All American I might be able to part with. Let me sleep on it for day or so. Fred
