Now there's a step in the right direction...Haven't thoroughly checked it out but find it interesting on the surface.

Yeah wishon has been doing this for a while. He has drivers, fairways, and hybrids you can bend up to 4 degrees. I have some wishon stuff and like it. Charges like 5 bucks for a hosel bend

Looks pretty good, pleased I've not got much stock left.

I don't understand how you can change the face angle without changing the loft. :? Unless the start off with a club with a different loft to allow for the change made?

NRG,
Great question. It's really the combination of hand selection of heads for loft or face angle, or both, AND the bendable hosel that allows for you to get your specs dead on. Wishon goes into that a little bit in the video posted above.
Of course if you're only worried about lie, you can change that independent of FA and loft.

So if someone ordered a 8 degree driver 4 degrees open, would they start off with a 12 degree driver? That's how I have done it in the past, but never 4 degrees, just 1 degree open and from 9.5 to 8.5 loft.

I think that's really the only way to do it. They will measure FA's on different heads, so if you order a FA within 1 degree of square they can hand pick it without bending. But yeah, an extremely open face would have to start with more loft than desired and vice versa for an extremely closed face.
