When Not Golfing.....

Wasn't easy getting this 20 plus pound monster up onto the shore today. Fun stuff.
I saw a couple getting caught and noticed they were hitting on orange, yellow and green spinners.
I went to the nail salon (with a few weird looks!) and bought some candy colored nail polish and painted 1/2 the front side in
the three colors leaving the other side silver... leaving the backside silver.

Not surprising I don't use a salmon rod, but a really stiff ocean pole with 20 pound braided line. Most of the guys use these thin whippy poles with thin light line. I think they are big fish, so best to be prepared. My casts are accurate with "The Pole" shafts. I definitely "hit" while casting while most of the guys are swingers.

Anyway, fun day off the course!
